Jim Tittsler brings an extensive technical background in both hardware and software design to every OER project. He led the design team on the award-winning eXe authoring package, developed extensions and widgets to simplify collaborative production, and has helped organisations around the world deploy open education resources in diverse formats. His work spans the full OER lifecycle — from authoring tools and metadata standards to deployment pipelines and institutional strategy.
